A typical day at BK

I’m a Restaurant General Manager at Burger King. Today was typical. I opened today because we are having an “all night cleaning party” tonight. WooHoo!!! I love to clean so I am very much looking forward to tonight. My husband used to work for BK (now is in IT at a dr.s office) and he is going to help me cold soak our fryers. Most of you won’t know what that is so just trust me, it’s CLEAN! Some say I’m OCD where cleaning is concerned. I say “yeah buddy!”. I should probably be sleeping right now, as I’ve been up since 3am and will be going back to work at 11pm tonight, working till 12pm tomorrow. There’s just too much to do…crew schedules…manager schedules…going thru the new daily planner…going thru the old daily planner to check that it’s been done…so many ideas floating in my mind. Aahhh…a day in the life…
